Check a certificate
Every certificate, transcript and leaving certificate issued through Schoolex carries a serial. Type it here and this page will tell you which institution issued it, to whom, and whether it still stands.
Where to find the serial
It is printed on the document itself, usually near the foot, as sixteen characters in groups of four. Upper and lower case do not matter, and neither do the hyphens.
If a character is hard to read
Type your best guess. Serials never contain the letters I, L, O or U, so those are read as 1, 1, 0 and V — a photocopy that has lost the difference between a 0 and an O will still find the right record.
What this page does not tell you
Only what the issuing institution publishes: the holder’s name, what the document is, when it was issued, and whether it has been withdrawn. No marks, no address, no record of study. If you need more than that, ask the institution.
