About
Software for the institutions we went to
Schoolex Academic OS is built and operated by Softhra Group Limited for schools, colleges and universities across West and Central Africa — where fees are paid in instalments, the syllabus is your own country's rather than a US state standard, and a system that assumes a good connection is a system nobody uses.
One core, seven products
A primary school, a polytechnic and an independent teacher do not want the same software, but they do share a spine: a learner, a term, an assessment, a result, a payment. Schoolex models that spine once and builds its products on it, so adopting a second product never means re-learning the first.

How we work
Three commitments
- Your data is yoursExport is a feature, not a negotiation. An institution that wants to leave should be able to take its records with it.
- Priced per institutionNever per seat. Charging per login is how schools end up sharing accounts, which is how audit trails become fiction.
- Built for the connection you haveRegisters and score entry — the screens used most, often on the worst connections — tolerate a slow link and retry rather than losing the entry.
